Your privacy
Verification uses your connecting IP to check known VPN/Tor networks and previously blocked connections. These checks run inside THYREX’s Cloudflare hosting. No visitor IP is sent to an external lookup service.
THYREX stores your IP address encrypted at rest, Discord username and user ID, verification result, known-network detection result and timestamp for up to 30 days. Authorized administrators can access these records through the private Key Manager. Records are associated with your linked license IDs and masked key prefixes; full license keys are not copied into verification logs. A network fingerprint is also stored for 30 days. An IPv6 fingerprint covers a /64. Fingerprints attached to verification bans expire after 90 days; account blocks remain until a moderator removes them. Expired records are removed during daily cleanup. The verification bot database does not store raw IP addresses; the private licensing database stores the encrypted verification record. Customer build IDs, license associations, timestamps, executable manifest hashes and download hashes are retained for support and revocation while the customer relationship is active. Portal sign-in links expire after two minutes and customer sessions after one hour.
The hosting provider necessarily handles the connection. Shared connections can affect multiple members. Contact a THYREX moderator to appeal a block.
